Returns & refunds

Unused/ unwanted items

We accept returns on any unused products, still in their original packaging within 14 days of completed shipment. Please e-mail hello@peach-band.com and provide us with your order number and details and we will provide you with the returns details.

Used/ unwanted items

We cannot accept returns for any products that have been used and merely unwanted due to hygiene reasons.

Faulty items

In the unlikely event that you deem your product to be faulty, please e-mail hello@peach-band.com to notify our team and we will investigate the matter for you.

Any refunds issued

Refunds issued will be refunded via the same payment method that you purchased the item originally with.
